Find Your Design

My blog’s entire philosophy has been built on the constant and vigilant search for inspiration. Yet I have failed you, my ever-faithful readers. I have overlooked one of the most essential components required when hunting for what genuinely inspires you. Being able to identify inspiration when it presents itself. You may think, “I already know what my inspiration is.” You very well may, (know-it-all) although I doubt you understand it from my perspective, so listen up! Every person experiences inspiration differently. I for example, have always had an affinity for the water and nature. Some may be inspired by art, others inspired by music. Few may not even know what inspires them because they have never been able to interpret their true passion. The essence of inspiration is mercurial. It can be felt by all at any time and found even in the most unlikely of places. The concepts of inspiration are whatever you perceive as admirable, impressive, and beautiful. Visualize whatever skill or quality that you particularly excel at and you will find your true passion. There are no excuses on this one. If you truly wish to find your purpose you have to commit yourself. Everyone possesses some attribute that they can utilize even if they haven’t found it yet. Once you have uncovered your passion don’t let it go to waste. Practice that skill and craft it into your own identity in this world. Immerse your self in your passion and you are sure to be inspired. Do this and you will not only find inspiration from your purpose, you will inspire others to find theirs. Now that I have fulfilled my need to share my sound inspirational advice, go out in the world and find your design. I only ask one favor in return. Let me know what you discover.     very true, thank you i got to admit theres so many come up from all over the place, finding inspiration when it’s all been done before after all the uk didn’t get the net till near mid millenium years so it’s kinda what for process? adobe 25 years old some arte just finding what i found back when i first got my internet connection in 2006/2007 that’s how many years i been sat learning adobe (without the software) nopw i got the software on subscribtion but stuck for the inspiration…. i’m onto flowers in my back garden but geez, i done the ‘me’ photos done the ‘my children’ photos errm landscapes got plenty of them photos locally got the airshow photos aswell hmmm got a whole decade of photos since moving and living where i lived for a decade but what to do with them all ……more inspiration yup that’s what i’m going to be doing this summer my girls coming along with me as is the norm for the ride

      You can find inspiration every where you look Amanda. You are right about many things already being done before. It’s hard to come up with new and exciting ideas these days. Don’t give up.

        thank you and i think you are right, motivation seems to be the other problem, not sure if tiring work trying to find the inbspiration or tiring trying to do it all around my teenagers , somehow will get there, thank you and you to

    Your thought about the concepts of inspiration being whatever one perceives as admirable, impressive, and beautiful is SO TRUE! It reminds me of a verse I turn to when feeling uninspired, down and discouraged which says, “brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.” So far as what inspires me? Like you, many things, and especially colorful displays in nature such as the beautiful sunsets you’ve been posting! Because I approach life from a faith perspective (that is, faith in Jesus–that He is who He says He is, and will do what He says He will do), I always seek divine inspiration. I believe the Bible is divinely inspired (authors writing under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit of God, and thus true) and find much inspiration and truth there. I believe it when Jesus said those who believe in Him would receive the Holy Spirit as a counselor. I receive guidance, and power and inspiration beyond myself that come from that relationship. One can come to recognize His nudges, to hear Him speak through nature and beauty, through artwork and music and writings, through the majesty of the night sky full of stars and galaxies, through the order and infinite beauty in the microscopic world, and in the color and light, flowers, plants, animals and human beings we can actually see each day. I am constantly amazed at the infinite beauty of creation we have been given to enjoy and be inspired by! Thank you for encouraging us to seek and find!
