“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.”- Unknown
Lately I have struggled with the art of patience. Also with having the inner strength to take the mature route and continue planning and taking care of things that need to be done for my upcoming trip. The current monotony of my daily life makes the trip itself seem like a dream that I’ll never quite reach. Which is why more than ever I must stick to my guns and do what needs to be done. This quote seemed pretty perfect for me today. I cannot stress enough the importance of implementing patience and believing in hope. For me the beginning of a new journey is in sight. If I continue to bear my hardships patiently, my tomorrow will be as bright as my dreams.
“Hope is important because it can make the present moment less difficult to bear. If we believe that tomorrow will be better, we can bear a hardship today.”- Thich Nhat Hanh
“Character cannot be developed in ease and quiet. Only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, ambition inspired, and success achieved.”- Helen Keller
